David Postolski, Esq. is a Senior Partner at Gearhart Law, is a registered patent attorney and Intellectual Property (IP) attorney for close to 20 years. Steven Freedman is an Associate at Gearhart Law and is a 2023 J.D. Graduate of Benjamin L. Cardozo Law School. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business from the NYU Stern School of Business. Steven has 3 years of experience working with Gearhart Law throughout his academic career and has developed experience and specialization in both Trademarks and Copyrights, including in the drafting and prosecution of Trademark and Copyright applications with the USPTO and the Copyright Office. He has started working at Gearhart Law while he anticipates his admittance into the New York and New Jersey Bars.
