Elizabeth Gearhart, Ph.D. (formerly Elizabeth McNamara) is Chief Marketing Officer at Gearhart Law, where she leads marketing strategy, brand positioning, content development, and AI-driven visibility initiatives for an intellectual property–focused law firm.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Washington University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her professional background includes industry experience at Dow Chemical and Dow Corning, as well as licensure as a U.S. patent agent, giving her a deep understanding of both the technical and legal dimensions of intellectual property.

In addition to her role at Gearhart Law, Elizabeth is the co-host of Passage to Profit, a nationally syndicated radio show and podcast airing on 38 stations nationwide through the iHeartMedia network, with its flagship station WOR 710 in New York City. Through her media work and public speaking, she focuses on how professionals and businesses can communicate complex ideas clearly, build authority, and strengthen their brands in an evolving digital and AI-driven landscape.
