IP Issues in Domain Names: How to Protect Your Internet Property
Learn how to snatch a domain name from someone who is holding it for ransom or committing cybersquatting.
Securing a domain name is a process very different from securing a trademark, yet both are related in ways this presentation will explore. This presentation will seek to educate and empower you on best practices to ensure that your internet property and your intellectual property are both protected.
Presented by the Entrepreneurial Strategy Series and Gearhart Law.
