Lisa Ascolese, “The Inventress”, QVC Expert from Inventing A-Z: The founder of Inventing A-Z, Lisa Ascolese, has been taking ideas, hers and many others, from concept to fruition for over 35 years and counting. This New Jersey-based entrepreneur, consultant, and agent has successfully created, patented, marketed, and launched dozens of products in QVC, HSN, national retail stores and more. She also runs the networking group AOWIE and has conferences and events throughout the year. Sherrill Mosee, Inventor and Designer of MinkeeBlue: Sherrill Mosee is the inventor and designer of MinkeeBlue. She set out to solve a problem she calls, the ‘overload bag syndrome’. Like many women, Sherrill carried two or three bags to work—a purse, laptop bag, lunch bag, and sometimes shoes in her purse. She wanted to create an organizational fashion bag for busy women whose role changed throughout the day—from an executive to fitness enthusiast, daily commuter, and mom. MinkeeBlue is her solution!
Sherrill is the former president of Family Care Solutions, a nonprofit organization she founded to promote higher education among low-income women with children. The organization awarded over $3 million in childcare scholarships to help women with children stay in school and earn a college degree. Mosee put her degree in engineering to work and came up with the patented MinkeeBlue design. She describes MinkeeBlue as a reflection of “who we are” and “what we do” in our daily lives – “Your day is in the Bag”, says Mosee.
MinkeeBlue has been featured on the Today Show, the Katie Couric Show and sold on QVC. She is also the premier winner of America’s Big Deal, a shoppable pitch competition which aired on the USA Network. MinkeeBlue will launch in Macy’s Q4 2022. Read more at: https://minkeeblue.com/

Carolyn Barbarite, Creator and President of Javamelts: Carolyn Barbarite, the creator and President of Javamelts, is 54 years old and is from Smithtown, New York. She came up with the amazing idea of Javamelts on Valentine’s Day, 2016, and has been a driving force in carving out a new category in the coffee, tea, baking and cocktail industries.
