Copyrights – the most often misunderstood, but super important and potentially the most contentious form of Intellectual Property. This interactive presentation will cover a broad range of topics from what can or can’t be protected under copyright law, U.S. and international differences in copyright law, fair use of other copyrighted works, copyright trolls, sending and receiving cease and desist letters for copyright infringement, copyright protection in the age of social media and AI, and the most efficient and cost-effective ways to protect your creations. We invite all creators, artists, and authors who have or yet to have copyrights to attend to learn more and share their experiences and knowledge about the copyright rollercoaster ride!

Presented by the Entrepreneurial Strategy Series and Gearhart Law.
