As part of Gearhart Law, LLC’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, we are excited to announce a new member to our team, registered patent attorney, Daniel Eisenberg!

Daniel Eisenberg has over 10 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Dan’s experience includes applications relating to virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile applications, malware detection, e-commerce, mechanical inventions, consumer products, smart tools, medical equipment, manufacturing processes, gaming systems, business methods, and industrial designs.

Daniel holds degrees in Law, Finance, and Computer Science and served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 2003. Daniel is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia and is a member in good standing of the New York and District of Columbia bars.
